It is designed for the efficient secondary packaging of beverage cans and bottles into retail-ready multipacks using shrink film. The machine has operated in less than 10,000 hours, maintained by the book and this in very good condition. Operation was stopped in the end of 2026. It has previously been used for packing beer and cider in 330 ml and 500 ml aluminium cans in package formats of 6 × 330 ml, 12 × 330 ml and 6 × 500 ml, but it can be easily configured into various other formats.
